The venue’s management is a collaboration with Convene, who brings their expertise in designing and running premium flexible spaces powered by cutting-edge AV and IT technologies. Since opening in early 2023, Quorum’s rooms have become coveted spaces for a variety of meetings and events.
The heart of this facility is an AV over IP (AVoIP) system, powered by ZeeVee ZyPer4K SDVoE technology with both encoders and decoders. This choice marked a departure from conventional matrix systems, laying a foundation for a scalable and adaptable infrastructure. Thanks to its sophisticated signal distribution capabilities, the system can support a diverse array of room setups with ease.
Signal Distribution and Flexibility:

- Connectivity is centralized through six Netgear 4300-96X 10Gb switches, which facilitate the signal transmission.

The encoders surpass traditional video processors, efficiently creating complex multiview arrangements across the large surface of the curved video wall and other monitors. Remarkable is the control room’s capacity to handle 128 video streams in a high-resolution matrix. These capabilities have trimmed costs significantly while avoiding delays typically incurred by video processor supply issues.

Each meeting room is outfitted with additional Sony PTZ cameras and comprehensive audio systems from Q-Sys and Yamaha, attuned by professional sound engineers. Connectivity is made convenient with strategic floor box placements, enabling multiple room configurations.
