Data Center Account Manager

 

Description

As a Data Center Account Manager, you will rally alongside a team of highly motivated business development professionals to build qualified pipelines of potential customers. This includes prospecting customers by phone, email, LinkedIn or whatever it takes to get them excited and engaged with the brands we represent. You will not only be responsible for outbound prospecting but will be expected to be a subject matter expert of all things data center.

Customers of focus are:

  • IT network professionals
  • IT infrastructure professionals
  • data center managers

Products of focus are:

  • optical fiber infrastructure
  • data racks & enclosures
  • rack PDU’s

Skills Needed:

  • Must have at least 1-2 years of sales/lead generation experience in a high tech/data center company.
  • Experience working within or an interest in working in the IT infrastructure space
  • Experience cold-calling or prospecting for net new customers
  • Tenacity and a hunter attitude
  • Any CRM experience is a plus

Structured Cabling Business Development

Description

As a Structured Cabling Business Development person, you will rally alongside a team of highly motivated business development professionals to build qualified pipelines with end-user clients, technology engineers, integration partners, and distribution partners. This includes prospecting customers by phone, email, LinkedIn or whatever it takes to get them excited and engaged with the brands we represent. You will not only be responsible for outbound prospecting but will be tasked to build client and partner loyalty with long term reciprocal partner relationships.

Customers of focus are:

  • IT infrastructure clients
  • Technology engineers
  • Integration partners
  • Distribution partners

Products of focus are:

  • Optical fiber & copper infrastructure
  • Data racks & enclosures
  • Cabling testing tools

Skills Needed:

  • Must have at least 1-2 years of sales/lead generation & partner relationship building experience in a technology company.
  • Experience working within or an interest in working in the IT infrastructure space
  • Experience cold-calling or prospecting for net new customers
  • Tenacity and a hunter attitude
  • Any CRM experience is a plus
